Simple and Crooked Kitty

I can do simple! At least I think this is a simple card... :) And I even made the main image crooked. Which was really difficult for me to do as I like straight clean lines but it works for this card. Don't be expecting a lot of crooked cards from me in the future though!

Very quick notes as this is a simple (for me) card: stamp cat in Black StazOn on watercolor paper. Color image with a Blender Pen and Classic ink (picking up the color from the lids of the ink pads). Layer image on Chocolate Chip cardstock and stamp sentiment on scrap of Tempting Turquoise. Trim sentiment and adhere to main image. Use small corner rounder to create a scalloped edge from Tempting Turquoise cardstock and trim to 3 1/4" wide. Cut two pieces of Bali Breeze Designer paper, adhering scalloped edge to bottom piece and then adhere both pieces to 3 1/4" by 6 1/4" River Rock card base. Wrap ribbon around card and knot. Finally adhere main image to card base with dimensionals, angling it a bit to the left so that it is crooked.

All images copyright Stampin' Up!. Stamps: Here Kitty Kitty, Short & Sweet. Paper: River Rock, Tempting Turquoise, Chocolate Chip, watercolor, Bali Breeze Designer. Ink: Black StazOn, Creamy Caramel, Close to Cocoa, Bordering Blue. Other: Small corner rounder, Blender Pen, dotted ribbon (American Crafts), Stampin' dimensionals.

And have you heard about the search for Snowflake? The Prettie Girls are on the search for him and you can join in the fun (a new prize every day until he is found!). The first clue has been posted to Joanne's blog here. So check it out!
