My Hearts Gone Green :)

Wow! This set used to be one of my favorites but lately it has been neglected, sitting there at the bottom of the pile wishing for the chance to be inked, pressed and colored. Well, a couple nights ago I pulled out the set and this is what it inspired me to make... I wasn't disappointed!

The main flower image was stamped in Black StazOn on Whisper White cardstock and then colored with a Real Red marker. The Sakura Stardust glitter pen was used to add a touch of shimmer to each of the little red flowers.

The heart was stamped in Old Olive Classic ink on a scrap of Sahara Sand cardstock and then trimmed. A little button with linen thread knotted through the holes was adhered to the heart with a glue dot. The sentiment is from the Many Happy Returns set and perfectly fits this very content card.

All images copyright Stampin' Up!. Stamps: Simply Said, Many Happy Returns. Paper: Real Red, Soft Sky, Tempting Turquoise, Sahara Sand, Whisper White, Bali Breeze Designer. Other: Fresh Favorites II buttons, Chocolate Chip wide grosgrain ribbon, Red gingham ribbon, linen thread, Sakura Stardust glitter pen, Bold Brights brads, ticket corner punch, small corner rounder, Stampin' dimensionals.
