Paper Pretties Wednesday

I have a pretty card to share with you today that uses the new Look Who's Perky stamp set from Paper Pretties and some delicious sparkly embossed paper by Cloud 9 (yum). And don't you just love the color combo? I picked the colors based on the Designer paper which made this card that much easier to make... although I did fuss with the layout a lot and I mean A LOT! :)

Quick notes: sugar bowl from Look Who's Perky is stamped three times on Shimmery White cardstock in Graphite ink before watercoloring with Classic ink and a blender pen (allow ink to completely dry). Hmm... the rest was just a matter of trimming, punching, paper piercing, sponging and adhering. If you need specifics on anything just let me know!

All images copyright Paper Pretties. Stamps: Look Who's Perky. Paper: Sahara Sand, Night of Navy, Sage Shadow, Shimmery White, Cloud 9 embossed designer. Ink: Archival Brilliance Graphite, Sahara Sand Classic, Sage Shadow Classic, Bordering Blue Classic. Other: Gold/Beige ribbon (American Crafts), mat pack, paper piercer, small corner rounder, black brads, Stampin' dimensionals, sponge, blender pen.

In other news: Paper Pretties will be having a Pajama Party on Sunday night beginning at 8PM EST in their forum. At the same time they will be releasing two new stamp sets which you can see sneak peeks of on the other Prettie Girls blogs (I've listed their blogs over there on the right under Paper Pretties). I can't wait to get my hands on these sets and to see all of you at the party! :)
