Sweetly Simple

Thought I would share a quick and simple birthday card using the soon to be released Sweet Stems stamp set from Stampin' Up!.

Quick notes: stamped image on white cardstock, colored with Copic markers and added a touch of glitter with Copic AtYou Spica glitter pens. Then cut the image out with the wide oval punch. I cut a piece of Maine Blueberry designer paper (my favorite) and added a white scalloped border to the bottom. To finish a sentiment was stamped and some extra wide grosgrain ribbon was knotted around the designer paper.

All images copyright Stampin' Up!. Stamps: Sweet Stems (available January 18th), A Little Birthday Cheer. Paper: Kraft, Whisper White, PTI Select White, Maine Blueberry designer paper. Ink: Memento Tuxedo Black, Copic markers, Copic Spica AtYou Glitter Pens. Other: wide oval punch, scalloped edge punch, Bashful Blue 1" double stitched grosgrain, mat pack, paper piercer, dimensionals.
