TE Sneak Peeks: A Little Love and Kid at Heart

Hi Peeps!

I'm back with more sneak peek samples for the Taylored Expressions release this Friday. I have a couple of projects to share today so buckle your seat belts and hold on for the ride. :)

My first sample uses the A Little Love mini set that coordinates with the Favor Frame Die. I used the set to make packaging for a batch of chocolate lollipops! Chocolate Lollipops? It is what you get when you adhere two chocolates to a lollipop stick.

I made some little 1 1/4" boxes to house the lollipops from pink cardstock. I decorated each side of the box with Echo Park designer paper matted on black cardstock. I then created a matching tag using a frame, a sentiment and an accent image from the stamp set.

And here is a picture of the box opened so you can see the yummy dark chocoate lollipop. Nom nom nom.

My second project uses the new Kid at Heart set. This set was designed to make the perfect homemade valentine for classroom exchanges but it is also perfect for making regular cards and any other projects you can imagine! The set is made from high quality rubber, is precut
and comes on a handy dandy sturdy full color storage panel that stores perfectly in the mini binder box.

I stamped the owl image from the set in various colors of Colorbox Chalk ink on Choice Buttercream cardstock and cut out. I covered the eyes with Tiny Twinkles and added glitter to the belly area before coating each owl with Glossy Accents. While the Glossy Accents were still wet I added a little red heart (leftovers from the Heart Border die) to the belly of each owl. These owls look even cuter in person... the pictures do not do them justice! :)
