Follow Your Dreams

Are you ready for a bit of sparkle?  This week’s TSG challenge, TSG 114, is brought to us by our Trendsetter of the week: Ann.  She is challenging us to add glitter, glitz and bling!  Well, you just know that this challenge fits me to a T!  :)

I’ve been drooling over this mushroom image from The Fairy Best stamp set since I first saw it!  Such a cute community of mushroom houses and the perfect opportunity to give oodles of Copic markers a workout.

I stamped the image with Memento Tuxedo Black ink on white cardstock, colored with Copic markers and cut with a Labels Nestabilties die.  I used the Clouds Border die and Tumbled Glass Distress ink to sponge the cloudy sky.  To finish I added Glossy Accents to the mushroom spots and dusted with Crystal Fine Glitter.  I also added dots of White Opal Liquid Pearls to the edges of the main image.

So what do you think?  Is that cloudy background fabulous or what?  I have the feeling that this might be a go to technique for future cards!! :)
