Today we are featuring Wreaths of Joy & Glad Tidings.  For my card I used the new Glad Tidings set, a mini set illustrated by Doug Applegate for the Apple Doodle Ink collection.  The set comes on a sturdy 4.75” square CD sized full color panel and consists of 10 images ad sentiments (and will cost $12.95).  this stamp set (like all other TE sets) is made from top-quality deeply etched rubber and comes on EZ Mount already trimmed and ready to be used with your acrylic blocks… so no trimming needed!  Before I forget, this set was designed to coordinate with the animals from Easter Joy and Green Acres… so you have lots of animal choices to fill your manger scene! :)

All of the designer papers, cardstock (except card base) and ribbon are from the new Holiday Wonder Project Pantry Kit.  I stamped the main scene in Memento Tuxedo Black on the Choice Buttercream cardstock and colored with Copic markers.  I stamped the tree on a separate piece of cardstock, colored and cut out.  I attached the tree with dimensionals for extra oomph (but first I distressed, sponged and stitched the edges of the main panel).

The Holiday Wonder Project Pantry Basic Recipe Kit is $11.95 and includes:

Authentique Wonder 6x6 pad
10 sheets of 8.5" x 11" cardstock in coordinating colors
6 yards of ribbon (2 yards each of 3 different styles)

Optional Spice it Up Ingredients (choose any or all) are:

  • Decorative Brad Mix
  • Red/Green Paper Roses
  • Christmas Glitter Assortment
  • Red Pearls
  • Coordinating Copic Markers
  • Additional Cardstock Pack
  • Additional Ribbon Bundle
