This week’s challenge is being sponsored by one of our favorite ribbon companies in the whole world, MAY ARTS!!  So grab some ribbon or twine, make a peppermint inspired creation and then link it over at the Ribbon Carousel Challenge blog to be entered to when a fabulous prize.

For my sample this week I decided to make a set of gift tags… what a surprise, right?!  LOL!  The very twisty peppermint paper is Nordic Holiday from Basic Grey and the mittens are from a PTI stamp set.  To accent the mittens and paper I added a big double bow with a button.

I colored the mittens with Copic markers and added a bit of Glossy Accents and glitter to the cuffs.  To finish them I added a couple of rhinestones to the snowflakes.  Hmm… kind of wishing I had a pair of gloves just like these… they look toasty warm and c-u-t-e!
