Hello Crafty Friends -
I’m back with another MFT card to share and to let you know that all of the wonderful My Favorite Things products that I have been sharing over the last week are now available for purchase. But before you rush over to the store, stick around for a bit and check out my card.
I used the sweet new Pure Innocence – Picture Perfect stamp set and some delicious Cakewalk designer paper. I did a lot of cutting for this one. Her hands, arms and the frame were stamped a second time, cut out and then popped up over the first image using foam dimensional tape. This was done after cutting out the first image which was colored with Copic markers and paper pieced with more of the designer paper.
I layered the little girl on a panel of buttercream cardstock that was cut out using one of the Designer Labels 4 STAX dies. I stamped “Smile!” (also from the same set) multiple times using pink ink.
Here is a side shot so you can see all the detail of the main image. I think she was worth the effort. :)
Whew – that is it for samples using the new stamp sets. But make sure to check back tomorrow if you love MFT. I’ll have a sample for the latest sketch challenge to share. :)
Recipe:

The layers and all of the details look awesome! It's too bad they don't have a die to go with the frame part of this stamp, I'm sure it would've saved you lots of time. Maybe you can suggest it:) I love your card!
