Hello Crafty Friends!
This week’s There She Goes challenge is brought to us by our Trendsetter of the week, Kim O! She has challenged us to make a card or project without using any patterned paper…talk about a challenge! It has been a long time since I’ve made a card without any designer paper!
After much thought I decided to use the No Peeking stamp set to create a Christmas card. I stamped five of the different images on white cardstock and colored with PrismaColor pencils, Copic markers (Santa’s face) and a Gold Copic Spica pen.
I added a bit of Glossy Accents here and there and dusted with Crystal Fine Glitter.
I used a white paint pen to add dots of white along the edges of the green circles. For embellishment I added a bit of stitching, some natural jute and a short length of striped grosgrain ribbon.
This was an easy one! :) Even though it doesn’t have any designer paper I really like how it turned out! Be sure to head over to the TSG blog for all of the challenge details. There is still a bit of time to play along with us!
