Wish your Heart Makes

Hello Crafty Friends -

Been a while, hasn’t it? My crafty inspiration decided to hibernate over the last week while the weather was so cold. At least that is my excuse and I’m sticking to it. ;)

I did do some coloring of a few digital images in between trips outside to shovel last weekend. I’ve had a pile of ones that I purchased from Saturated Canary for a while so it seemed a good opportunity to use my markers. For this card I used Pint Sized Love and a couple of images from CMS100 Odds and Ends (Stamper’s Anonymous) to create a sentiment.

The image was colored with Copic makers and the ticket image was stamped in Archival Jet Black with the sentiment stamped in Worn Lipstick Distress Ink. After trimming the ticket with scissors I sponged the edges with Antique Linen Distress Ink.

After assembling the card (which took a while since I misplaced my roll of foam tape) I embellished with a few glittery enamel dots (My Mind’s Eye) and a mini clip. There is also a strip of tissue tape behind the main image.

And I’ll leave you with one final picture… of a few of the other images I colored. They and a couple of their friends are still waiting to be turned into cards.
