C4C264: Squared

Hello Crafty Friends -

Hope you are having a great weekend. If you are looking for a bit of inspiration to kick start your mojo we have a great challenge this week at Crazy 4 Challenges. Since today is apparently Square Dance Day, Frances is challenging us to use squares. Make a square card, use a square died, it is all good and you get bonus points if you incorporate dancing.

I didn’t incorporate any dancing… unless you want to imagine someone dancing inside the little houses on the buttons. ;)

For today’s cards, I used a couple of buttons I created and paired them with a bit of fake pine trim.

A bit of designer paper die cut with a scallop square nestabilities and some pearlescent cardstock and I was all set. Most difficult part of this card was twisting the pine trim into a circle.

For more inspiration and all of the details on the challenge, head over to the Crazy 4 Challenges Blog.

  1. SUCH sweet cards. The pine trim is a stroke of genius.

  2. that pine trim finished it all off fabulously

Thanks for your sweet comments! I love hearing from you. :)
